Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Garments

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags remain securely attached.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
